gla1ve was the only player on Astralis without an MVP medal to his name, but he changed that at IEM Beijing where he was named the tournament's top player and awarded the medal for his individual performance. Astralis played lights out, beating ViCi and 100 Thieves in the group stage to secure a semi-final spot, where they made quick work of FaZe, giving up just two rounds in a two-map series before going on to win the event with another clean series in the best-of-five grand final against 100 Thieves. gla1ve holding his first career MVP medal Throughout the nine maps Astralis played and won, gla1ve only had one with a rating below 1, and it was just barely below average, a 0.98 on Nuke in their group stage match against 100 Thieves. On the upside, he showed great consistency with six maps over 1.50, was the highest-rated player at the event, and had the most ADR (95.2), opening kills per round (0.18), and multikill rounds (56.6%). Sit back and enjoy the highlight reel from gla1ve's first MVP award-winning performance, which has been put together by our very own Filip "filq" Szatkowski, featuring the Danish in-game leader's best plays during Astralis' run at IEM Beijing.
